The receptionist was super nice, but that was the end of it – the breakfast was gone, and the selection was small. I’m not writing reviews normally, even though I stay in over a hundred hotels a year, but this place is awful! The cleanliness is a horror, mold, stale air… finding the reception is a nightmare if you’re not familiar. The room was full of beetles, dust, and dirt. I had to swap rooms thanks to the kind lady at reception. The new room was better, but still stale, with dirty carpets and a few spiders in the bathroom. The plaster everywhere smelled bad. Paying 3100 CZK per night is unacceptable. Staying for 1200 CZK you get a higher level elsewhere!!! I really don’t recommend it; avoid the arch. The windows can’t be opened; in a minute, the outside air rushes in, and because there’s no AC, it’s a mess – dirty water runs under the windows, not worth the price. I can’t understand how they charge such rates for accommodation… this is a two‑star experience.
