I appreciated Micaela being honest with me and confirming that the Manager will not get back to me nor refund my last night’s stay. The customer service was terrible. I made multiple attempts to reach a Manager with no call back. People in this area outside were arguing all night, up and down the stairwell, and someone lit a trash can on fire outside. The fire alarm went off and we evacuated.

There was nothing positive to mention; they only contacted us to say they didn’t have shampoo or shower gel, and the lack of responsiveness was glaring – we reached out via email and got no reply.

The staff was very helpful for our late check in. The room was fine for the price. The queen bed is not the size of a queen bed. You can hear everything. Other people coming in and out of their rooms, conversations, footsteps even in the parking lot. Literally, you can hear everything. Also, the floor looks clean but if you walk around in socks or bare feet, plan to shower again

The place was conveniently close to our destinations, but it turned out there were domestic violence problems, and the promised complimentary breakfast never arrived.
