The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from the train station, the staff are very friendly, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were quite good; we would definitely come back to Zermatt. The breakfast was somewhat basic, although there were plant‑based drinks as a milk alternative, but what was offered was still tasty, and Cristina was very friendly and attentive, always ready to provide whatever we needed.
