The location is a few minutes walk to Ambleside town centre, Rydal where we wanted to visit is within walking distance, parking is available, breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice. I liked everything.

The breakfast table was reserved, set up nicely, spacious and clean. They accommodated my specific dietary needs (Gluten Free + Dairy free Vegetarian) and the food quality was excellent. The location is great, easy walk into Ambleside, quiet away from pubs, etc. Condensation on the windows.

The staff’s meticulous care and attention made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, which I truly appreciated.

We found the property to be well maintained and traditional, with an excellent location right near the town centre, and the hosts were very friendly; the breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety to choose from, so we had nothing to complain about.
