We really liked the property, a very well‑maintained farmhouse with a beautiful view from which you can see fantastic sunsets. The manager, Romeo, is a very kind person. We would add more kitchen utensils, glasses, and basic food items (oil, salt, vinegar), and we would replace the mattresses in the rooms because they’re too firm; otherwise everything is fine.

The view of the lake was nice. The place was dark and uncomfortable, the outdoor areas were very poorly maintained except for the pool. The mattress was very bad.

A beautiful farmhouse with a lovely lake‑view pool, a courteous and welcoming host. Our little dog was welcomed in the fully fenced, green setting. The room was spacious, clean, and faced the garden. Coffee machine and water were available; to be perfect I’d suggest a small supply of biscuits for breakfast.

What a beautiful location! The rooms were exceptionally spacious and had a charming medieval atmosphere that made the stay feel truly unique. The bathroom was spotless and very well maintained, reflecting the high standards of the property. Each studio also comes with its own private garden area, which adds a wonderful sense of privacy and relaxation. The rooftop swimming pool was an absolute gem, offering breathtaking views over Lake Trasimeno. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings. A special mention goes to Romeo, who is responsible for managing the accommodations. He is incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always available when needed. Dog owners will also be pleased to know that pets are more than welcome here. This is truly a wonderful place to stay and a real hidden gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back in the future. Nothing to complain about.
