“Overall, the location and comfort were the highlights”
The hotel is within walking distance of Aventura Mall, about 15 minutes away, and several restaurants are literally across the road, a 2‑minute walk. The area felt very safe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the view was beautiful, including a nice sunset. There were three elevators with little to no wait time. Wi‑Fi was good and reliable, the TV was a good size, water dispensers were on each floor, and the shower had hot water with adequate pressure. The AC was loud. The bathroom had no toilet‑bowl cleaner, didn’t smell fresh on arrival, and seemed not thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom led directly into the bedroom, including the toilet area, so privacy was minimal. There was no bath mat outside the shower, the toilet‑paper holder was loose/broken, and the TV sound quality was not very good.
