The room was clean and spacious, and the view of the park was superb. Nothing else.

I loved the people, especially Brian, Mia, Tom, Nicole, Grace, and Doug. The food was superb, dining and meeting other guests, while staff were expert at attending to every whim or request, was most unique and special. A very cherished and best accommodation in South Africa, without ostentatious vibe, yes like a ROLLS ROYCE of yesterday. Thank you for privileged 6 days. Lynn and Rob. Nothing else.

“Very classy place to spend time and learn about the incredible history”

Everything! The understated elegance of traditional and modern architecture in stunning gardens. The jasmine forest was amazing when walking around the gardens. Nothing else to add.

“Amazing lodge, great staff and really interesting emotional battlefield tours”

The battlefield tours are awesome and the ladies serving drinks and dinner are so much fun ! Breakfast was filling, lunch tasty and afternoon tea scrumptious ! There are several enjoyable walks around the estate which will take you past Zebra, Giraffe and Impala We loved our stay. The road to the property is in a bad condition due to rain so take care
