Great hotel with an amazing facility. The food was wonderful and the staff were knowledgeable. We had a street‑side room, and because there was no air‑conditioning and we left the windows open at night, it was somewhat noisy. We stayed in an older room, so newer rooms probably have more comfortable beds.

Everything impressed me. The food was very tasty and high‑quality, with soup, salad and delicious pastries for lunch (served until about 15:30). Breakfast coffee was incredibly good, and the cheese platters with grapes in the evening were lovely; the local cheeses were tasty. The sauna offered both carbonated and still water, and the tea selection was extensive with many varieties, plus apples and nuts. The outdoor pool was dirty but natural like a pond, while the indoor pool under the roof was excellent—soft, not cold water. The saunas were simply superb. A lake and beach were nearby, and we swam at the end of July in good water. The garden had many loungers for sunbathing, interesting wooden… structures, umbrellas for each lounge, and plenty of towels; even a bag and two clips with the room number kept our sauna robe from getting mixed up. The only downside was that the sauna allowed swimsuits only in a tiny single cabin, children weren’t allowed upstairs because everyone is nude and kids under 16 are prohibited, so there was no real place for them to warm up. Dinner options for kids were also unappealing and hot dishes took too long. The 4‑course menu was fine but not child‑friendly. There was no fridge, so we brought our own, and no air‑conditioning, only a ceiling fan above the bed.

Everything was top‑class: rooms were spotless, the staff and service were very friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety so everyone could find something they liked, plenty of fruit, yogurt, cereals, and the waiters constantly asked if we needed anything else. No complaints from my side.

The atmosphere was exceptionally beautiful. The staff were very friendly and gladly fulfilled every wish. The garden with its natural swimming pool and the entire spa area were a relaxation oasis. Nothing to complain about.
