The welcome was warm, the staff very friendly and helpful, prices were very reasonable, and the spa was great. The only downside was the extra charge for the lake‑view room, which isn’t that impressive because of the neighboring roofs.

We had a lovely stay and could sit comfortably in the outdoor area in the evenings. The rooms were very clean and cozy, except one that was very dark. The spa, wellness and breakfast were a bit far, but we knew that. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection, and the house manager came from table to table—a gesture we hadn’t experienced before, very attentive. Nothing else.

The night was passable, but the bathroom door in room 4 wouldn’t close and stayed about 5 cm ajar, which felt very uncomfortable and didn’t match the price; we only stayed one night so we didn’t get a chance to complain.
