The room was excellent and roomy, just a stone’s throw from restaurants, shops, the ATM, and the hotel offers several parking spots. Unfortunately, the water cycle left a nasty odor; even after using an air freshener it didn’t help, so I asked the hotel management to look into the cleaning.

“Not worth value.. see reasons”

The location is good, but everything else fell short: the actual place looks nothing like the photos, the AC barely worked, the toilet wasn’t clean, there were tiny cockroaches, and the price was high for what you get. The Bangladeshi staff were rude, very serious, and not welcoming at all.

كان الموظفون متعاونين للغاية، ومحترمين، ومبتسمين، وموقع الفندق ممتاز. The staff were very helpful, respectful and smiling, and the hotel's location is excellent. كانت الغرف والحمامات نظيفة بشكل جيد، ولكن كان من الأفضل لو تم تنظيفها بشكل أكثر دقة ولو كانت صور التطبيق تعكس الواقع بدقة. أما باقي الأمور فكانت ممتازة جداً. . The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned well, but it would have been better if they had been cleaned more thoroughly and if the app's photos had accurately reflected reality. Everything else was excellent
