The place is in a prime spot near Termini station and the Colosseum, and the staff were extremely helpful, even letting me store luggage for a day after check‑out. The room was tidy and the bathroom was excellent.

The bedding and towels were clean, and the staff were very friendly. The downside is that the air conditioning on the upper floors produced water that drips into the room.

The room was small but well laid out, and the check‑in process was convenient. The location is good.

The spot was perfect and the staff were welcoming, and the AC saved me. Since it’s an Italian hotel, the building shared its spaces with offices and other hotels, and the room sat on the 3rd floor. The view from the bedroom window, however, could be described as industrial.
