The value for money was almost perfect; the resort was lovely with a huge pool that blends into the sea, and the staff were very friendly except for the front‑desk manager who seemed unable to understand customer needs and could improve. We requested a late checkout; the hotel was almost empty and agreed to give us an extra hour, so we left earlier than the official departure time. We also had to ask for the room to be cleaned, and the water flow in the bathtub was very weak. Aside from that, the hotel offered a shuttle at a fixed time (15:30 to the night market and back at 18:30) and overall service was excellent. I highly recommend it. A family car with three teenagers stayed at the hotel’s bowling, snooker, and ping‑pong rooms for an extra fee, which was fun for the kids. The hotel has a happy hour from 16:00 for pool drinks (1+1) and the beach offers cheap, luxurious massages at good prices. We stayed three nights and would have liked to stay two more if it weren’t for the lack of Israeli guests; the atmosphere was quiet, calm, and pleasant. The only issues were the weak bathtub water, the need to request room cleaning, and the front‑desk manager’s poor customer service; otherwise everything was superb. The hotel also lacked a coffee machine in the room.
