How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were genuinely friendly, even when I arrived late for check‑in they handled everything politely, and when I mistakenly booked a smoking room they noticed the error before I did and switched it for me. The hotel sits in a residential area, so the location was unremarkable but not bothersome.
