The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, but we booked a room with 2 queen beds and only received one queen; I went to the front desk, they said that was what had been ordered, then I called again and they promised to bring the roll‑away bed, but they knocked on the door and no one was there—just the bed. I’m disabled and struggled to get it in, and it was very hard and hurt my back. I booked the room at $77.00 but was charged $94.00.

The room was quiet and everything worked fine—sheets were comfy and there were plenty of pillows to choose from, plus a good selection of TV channels. However, the bed itself wasn’t comfortable and the bathroom only had a single washcloth.
