The place is nice and clean. We were from an event and we called informing the staff that we will be checking in at 12 midnight.when we got to shumba valley,our key couldn't open the door. We had to wait for an hour to get in the room.thank you to the security guy who assisted us. It would be nice to get 1 night stay 4 free.lol just to make up for this incident
