Our room was huge and very comfortable. This hotel turned out to be a great find, with everything we needed for our trip. The evening meal was really nice, the service excellent, and the price excellent. We stayed on a Thursday night and there was no breakfast that day, which we knew when we booked. I’m sure the breakfast would have matched the quality of their dinners.

It was the perfect midway stop for my trip to Snowdonia! The bed was super comfy and cosy, and I slept soundly. The price was incredibly good. The only drawback was that my shower had no hot water. I didn’t bother asking to fix it because I was tired and just wanted to sleep, but the staff would have been great if I had.

The beer and food were good, but the room, bed and bathroom felt a bit dated and could use an upgrade.

The room was spacious, the building was great, and it was cosy with a place to store a bicycle. The staff were very helpful. The only issues were a weak shower and a TV signal that kept buffering. Other than that, everything was fine.

Can't fault! Great to find such a thriving pub. The owners have certainly got it right. Superb room and excellent food. 100% return visit on the cards. Would highly recommend visiting if anywhere near Ludlow or Bridgnorth. Nothing to report!
