The rooms and bathroom were clean and tidy, the staff friendly, the location okay, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast should be better organized for the next day of the stay; no breakfast was served, even though I was punctual.

Cleanliness, calm, the host’s friendliness, excellent breakfast, nearby dining, and the “Champs Élysées” Berlin at a 5‑minute walk. Slightly out of the city centre but still very accessible via public transport.

The staff were charming: we arrived at 10 h and could check in straight away, and on the last day we could also leave our luggage there, always with a smile :D The U-Bahn is 10 min away and the S-Bahn 15 min. If anything, we were 30 min from the centre, a bit far, but considering how big Berlin is, it isn’t a bad location.

Breakfast was okay; compared to other hotels that offer more variety for the same price, it’s decent. The staff (except the manager) were super friendly and polite. I was filling my plate for breakfast when the managing director or her wife approached me and asked for the registration form. I said I would send it right after, but she snatched the plate from my hand and told me I’d only get breakfast after I’d brought the form first. I was shocked; the rest of my stay in the basement felt like a mother‑son situation, and other guests experienced the same.
