I liked the heated pools, the food was reasonable, the view of the place, and the staff’s attention. The location of room 611 had no support; it should have had a kitchenette, window screens because you can’t leave the window open to ventilate the room, and there was a strong smell of mold. The hotel in general lacked a bit of care.

The room was simple with no full-length mirror and a good shower. We were placed in a location far from the reception, restaurant, and pool—4 minutes by car, which was terrible. First, we arrived at night in the rain, there was no signage or lighting on the road, and it was sometimes hard to find the way. When we reached check‑in, they only explained the room’s location with a map. We got lost in the rain at night with no staff to escort us. The meals were nothing special, always the same taste every day. We stayed in the room because it rained all the time and they had no restaurant program to end the boredom. We used the heated pool once, but the chlorine is still present today! Also, the ice cream (picolé) cost R$ 30.00 each.

The resort sits in a nice wooded area, which I appreciated, but the dining experience was a nightmare—long lines for lunch and dinner, a very basic breakfast with limited choices. The room had several plumbing issues: a leaking sink, weak flush, slow hot water, and the toilet paper was awful. The pool area was underwhelming too—no towels, broken toys, a broken ping‑pong table, and the wave pool was cold and rarely used.

The wave and heated pools were great, and the setting was lush and easy to get to. However, our room was far from the entrance, checkout was too late, and the double bed lacked a headboard and a mosquito net, so we had a lot of bugs.

Everything was spotlessly organized and the place was just wonderful. I couldn't find anything to criticize.
