“Confortable treat”
I liked how roomy the bed felt, the shower was solid, the balcony in the room added a nice touch, and the room service and spa were both great.

The room was pleasant but a bit worn in spots, dinner was a real treat, breakfast was generous, yet the view over the spa meant the fans kept turning on and off at night, which kept me awake.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the food beautiful. The bar had a lively vibe both nights we stayed. Around the spa, many wasps were present; I understand a nest is nearby, but it felt like this should be addressed because wasps fell on us in the hot tubs and pool, and drinks were affected. Also the top hot tub could have been cleaner.

The breakfast bap was nice, but overall the experience felt underwhelming and overpriced, especially when compared to Galgorm prices that didn’t offer the same value or ambience. The room was far too warm, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The Spa and the lake house were amazing, but the food at the restaurant isn’t worth the price you pay. If you’re paying for an expensive meal it should be good, which it wasn’t; definitely something that needs improvement.
