The executive lounge served excellent evening dishes, yet the breakfast menu hardly changed, there was no staff on hand to guide guests and those present were unfriendly or uninformed about the hotel, and the pool catered mainly to children.

The view of the ocean is stunning, and that’s the only thing that impresses me about this hotel. The staff are friendly and polite, but they lack competence; they gave me incorrect directions several times. The property as a whole is poorly managed. Our room was in bad shape, with paint peeling, some cabinets sticky, and the beds squeaked. The entire place needs a refresh and falls short of five‑star standards. The ocean view from my room and the walking path around the property that faces the ocean were disappointing.

The price was far too high. The check‑in process was terrible; we arrived an hour early and were told to wait until 3 pm with no acknowledgement. To access the pool, they had a ridiculous rule that you must wear a swimsuit. I wanted to explore the facility, but they kept charging for everything. I’m tired of being nickeled and dimed throughout the stay. For the price, I expected full access to the facility, including the poolside cabanas. I will not stay at this property again at this rate.
