How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Laura was super welcoming, texted us about our ETA and answered all our local questions, and the staff were friendly and thoughtful. They had plenty of beach gear to borrow, and the spot was fantastic: Main St. is just around the corner and the seashore is only 400 m away. Every evening we ate supper on the beach at sunset. The only issue was that the bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

The place was very cozy, and I enjoyed the wine and cheese in the afternoon, plus the breakfast was good. It’s in a great spot, within walking distance of downtown and the beach. We had a problem with an outlet, but the staff fixed it quickly. The room had no space to put luggage or spread out, and there was no spot for soap or shampoo in the shower, so I had to keep them on the floor and bend down to pick them up.

An exceptional place that matches the charm and serenity of Cape Cod, making its flaws easy to overlook. The room and bathroom are really too small.

Cute and quaint with a wonderful location. Breakfast was served each morning, and in the late afternoon there was wine and cheese. The rooms could use a few more comforts: a mirror in the room instead of just in the bathroom, more hooks to hold items, possibly a small dresser to lay and store things, and additional plug‑ins.

The breakfast was far too minimal to be considered a feature of the booking. I had misunderstood “vintage” as meaning renovated in a recent century to have a last‑century vibe, but I was wrong. It’s a last‑century hostel room vibe, the closest thing to a fire trap I’ve ever stayed in.
