The hostesses provided marvelous service, the food was delicious, and the place felt super magical—perfect for a family break, especially for my elderly parents who found everything very comfortable and accessible, and they were exceptionally attentive. I think the parking could be improved, perhaps with more rock or better space; moving cars gets a bit difficult when it rains. Otherwise, everything else—service and cleanliness—was impeccably good.

The breakfast was fine. The hotel experienced a power issue, so we didn’t get the service that night, and for those who paid for Wi‑Fi, TV, and hot water, we were still charged as if we had used everything.

I was disappointed by the service, everything was pricey, they charged me 50.000 for a night with a small dog I was bringing (they didn’t even provide a dog bed), the staff had a bad attitude, the room was cramped, tiny, damp and had a wooden smell.
