The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety.

Front desk staff Aly and Sara were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a basic hotel spread but presented nicely. The pool was warm, yet it wasn’t cleaned during our stay; I swam in it the first morning and still saw leaves and dirt when we left the second day. Additionally, we were promised free breakfast through Hyatt Rewards when I signed up, but we were still charged and didn’t get it at checkout.
I love the hotel’s location and the fridge in the room, but the shower head was so strong it felt like a power house was washing me.
