The location was convenient, close to the city center and everything a tourist needs: bus stops, shops, cafés, museums and parks within walking distance. The room was small for its size and there was no wardrobe for clothes.

The place was clean and well‑situated, everything needed was in the room, and the staff were polite. The sound insulation was poor – a bit noisy, you could hear the neighbors, but you could still sleep.

Nothing. When we arrived we called the number on the door; a woman answered and said she had no vacant rooms, claiming she’d forgotten to close the booking. She tried to send us somewhere else if we would pay extra.
