How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was quite spacious and a good size. The location is near the station, but the neighborhood isn’t very nice and doesn’t feel completely safe. Moreover, everything on the property is very old and outdated.

Location. The place is a bit old, but overall everything is fine.

The view from our balcony was great, and we even caught a glimpse of the cathedral from the back alleys. The décor felt a bit more modern than we expected, and because we’re used to firmer mattresses, we felt a bit sinky in the hotel bed.

The staff were very friendly and you can rent a garage. It was hot despite the climate control, the building felt old but charming, and the room was spacious. The kitchen was tucked inside the wardrobe—couldn’t find a better spot. The climate control and TV were small and outdated, and there was no mat in the bathtub, making it slippery, though the water was fine.

The staff were great and helpful, and the location was fantastic—close to the train station and within walking distance of the cathedral. I appreciated the cleaning crew, but they still entered my room even when the “do not disturb” sign was up (they apologized, though). There were a lot of flies at the reception area.
