How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The pool is big and pleasant, the place is beautiful, and the rooms are very comfortable; the bed feels like a cloud that wraps you. We tried the couscous at the restaurant for lunch and it was great. We didn’t quite understand the airport shuttle pickup spot, so we had to take a taxi that overcharged us.

We really liked the hotel’s location and the direct access to the Jardin d’Essai, and the pool and gym are strong points. We also dined at the restaurant that serves breakfast, and the experience was very pleasant: warm welcome, attentive terrace service, and a nice selection of varied, quality dishes. The main drawback was the breakfast reception: it wasn’t included in our booking, and even though we left a bank imprint at check‑in, we had to justify ourselves to get breakfast, which felt quite unpleasant. We also had to insist on a room change because the air‑conditioning and fridge weren’t working, with temperatures at 35 °C. The toilets were defective, a curtain was detached, and the room furniture seemed rather old.

The professionalism and cleanliness were impressive. Unfortunately, in August the pool was too full, but the hotel is very charming.
