The location is good, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were nice; we even got an early check‑in, which was a nice touch. The hotel entrance isn’t great, and the bedroom windows didn’t open.

The location is fine. The heating was bad, there were no people around, and the owner sent texts with excuses for the lack of heating. At £140 a night you expect so much more.
