“Terrible”
The room was dirty and overheated; the air conditioner worked but it took three hours to cool the whole space.

The location is decent, especially since you can walk from the port ferry terminal to the hotel, but the Wi‑Fi is weak and spotty even by Philippine standards, the cleaning was half‑hearted, and the staff were inflexible and unresponsive to both emails and in‑person requests, so I won’t recommend or return to this place.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location and reliable wifi, and the bed was comfy too. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings. However, there were a few issues - they didn't provide free bar soap, and the washcloths were nowhere to be found. Plus, the first-floor window was blocked, and I had to deal with flying insects and a musty smell in my room. To make matters worse, the TV only had five channels, and none of them were in English.

The guy on the front desk when I checked in was really friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the night shift staff weren't as great - they didn't even say hello when I was checking out. It was a shame, because the hotel itself seemed okay, but the service was a bit of a letdown.

The location's a plus, but the hotel itself is a total letdown. They forgot the toilet rolls, and I had to ask at reception for a TV remote. The noise from the street was constant, and I even spotted a few cockroaches scurrying around. To top it off, the shower was ice-cold. Needless to say, I won't be back.
