I landed right on a corner where the S-Bahn and bus stop are, so getting into the city center is quick and easy. The room was big enough and the bathroom matched that size. I had specifically asked for a non‑red or pink room when booking, yet I still ended up with one of those. The windows are covered in film, which blocks the view and cuts the light, making the room feel dim and uncomfortable. There are far too few power outlets. Breakfast was a disaster: the Thermos kettle coffee tasted like soluble coffee and was brewed with lukewarm water, staining the cup and making it inedible; the tea was also lukewarm. Just outside the breakfast area was a vending machine where you could have bought something for 2,50 EUR. The breakfast offered at 9:30 was thin, but the staff did bring a few small rolls. The huge TV in the breakfast room played loud music and ads that were annoying and out of place. The underground parking spot costs 20 EUR from 15 to 11 a.m., which is pricey; we didn’t reserve it when booking but were able to get it after calling, and we were allowed to stay a bit longer after asking.

The location is close to the metro, and the breakfast is varied and good. Parking is paid even though it’s an internal lot. The room is comfortable but not flawless for the price paid; it’s suitable for short stays.

Super Kundenservice - ich hatte spontan gebucht und es gab danach Probleme mit der Zahlung. Der Kundenservice hat das aber sehr schnell und angenehm geregelt. Sehr großes Dankeschön dafür. Solides Hotel, wenn man mal ein Bett braucht. Mehr aber nicht

Freundliche Rezeption, Bett gut, Bad neu, Lage Bus U Bahn prima Preisleistung OK - bis auf das Frühstück!. Frühstück gebucht, aber so geht das nicht! Sollte bis 10.30 sein, 5 vor 10.00 waren wir da: Schale mit Äpfeln, Reste: 2 Scheiben Salami, 2 Scheiben Käse, 3 Scheibchen Gurke das wars, ein paar Weizenbrötchen - das haben wir noch abgeräumt - Toastpackung in Plastikfolie (billigst ca 55 Cent), sämtliche Platten leer, kein Ei nix - 10.10 kamen 2 englische Gäste fragend zum Personal "empty?!" von wegen nachfüllen, Antwort: "yes empty" - da muss man nicht wieder kommen
