“Nice room and toilet/shower. Staff not very friendly or customer orientated”

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and modernity of the room and bathroom, but unfortunately, the location was a bit of a letdown - it's a fair distance from the main area. The owner wasn't the friendliest person I've met, and when I arrived, they told me to pay cash, which was a bit of a surprise.

I was blown away by the hotel's cleanliness and comfort. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to lend a helping hand. The room was spotless, with crisp white sheets and a comfy bed that had me sleeping like a baby. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city centre and all its attractions. I'd definitely stay here again, it's a real gem.

“Excellent”

This hotel really delivered on all fronts. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help with anything we needed, which made a big difference. The rooms were spotless and had a super comfy vibe, and the breakfast spread was seriously impressive. Plus, the location was perfect – everything was within walking distance, which made it so easy to explore the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, spacious, and well maintained. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. Food quality was good and service was prompt. Location is also perfect for sightseeing. Overall, a pleasant experience and highly recommended
