While the staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and positive, my experience was marred by some significant issues. The pool was freezing cold, half of the sauna was out of order, and the gym was closed. It was a shame, as I was looking forward to a relaxing evening.

I was really pleased with the hotel's location, but unfortunately, it was a bit too chilly for my liking during my stay. The hotel's proximity to various attractions was a major plus, but I had to bundle up to stay warm.

I had a decent experience at this hotel, with the breakfast being a highlight. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the heating system, which seemed to be malfunctioning, and the constant noise was a nuisance. Additionally, the spa facilities were only available until 2 pm, and only one sauna was working, and that was from 5 pm onwards.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown, with the rooms showing signs of wear and tear. The kitchen stopped taking orders at 6:15 pm, which was inconvenient, and the breakfast options were limited and served with a subpar coffee. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
