The location is very good and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom feels a bit “sacrificed,” with cramped space, tiny toilets, and a sink in a bad spot. There’s no fan.

44 Ricci is a gem. It’s in a fantastic location just a couple of minutes from the Piazza de Baldaccio, about as close to the centre of Anghiari as you can get! The apartment was clean and well serviced, and there were even small amenities like access to an espresso machine (pods included) and water in the fridge to rehydrate after arriving. The bed and sofa are very comfy and I slept well every night. Michele the host was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and was quick to reply with answers to questions as well as helping me navigate the buses (which can be unreliable around the area) and recommending taxi companies to get me to more remote places. He was great! If I find myself in Anghiari again, I won’t hesitate to try to book here again first

Great location, clean and tidy apartment. The space was comfortable. The apartment had no air‑conditioning, which I didn’t notice when booking. Inside the temperature was +26°C. I had to keep the curtains open to avoid darkness. The mattresses were too soft for us. Storage space was a bit limited.
