The spot is right on the lake, and the staff were friendly. The room looked nice, and the restaurant food was excellent – the venison with its sauce, chestnuts, and spiced pumpkin was marinated perfectly, absolutely delicious. The mattresses need an urgent swap; you can feel the springs through, and the topper was unavailable even when asked. A room change wasn’t possible because the hotel was fully booked.
