The staff were very helpful, even waiting for us even though we were half an hour late compared to what we had been told. The property feels a bit dated but is very clean and warm, allowing for a very peaceful (and star‑filled) stay about twenty minutes from Assisi. In the room there was a kettle but no cups or spoons, and nobody was available to ask for them. The hot water took a while to arrive. Breakfast and the restaurant are only available during certain times of the year, which probably wasn’t listed when we booked.
