There were only three small towels, two of which were very torn, like floor rags, something I had never seen before; the corners were dirty, so I’m not sure if the place was cleaned; they don’t provide large towels.

I liked the size of the room and the bathroom, but the bed made a loud air‑mat sound that made it uncomfortable for sensitive sleepers.

The lobby staff were helpful and the rooms were large, but check‑in starts at 5 pm and we had to return after wandering around; we learned that the rooms are sold for day‑use, which was a bit odd.

They upgraded my room, so the original one was already roomy, but I could relax in an even bigger space with a large bed and a sofa; the bathroom matched the room size. At night the hot water didn’t come on, so I had to shower with cold water, which was tough; the bed was uncomfortable because the side‑shifting was noticeable; the bathroom was spacious but the shower head in the tub had low pressure and was almost unusable; parking space was very limited.

The bed was a little hard but still comfortable.
