Everything was perfect. The property is beautiful in a sublime setting, with well‑maintained gardens overlooking the lake. The pool was very pleasant. The staff were attentive and very friendly. We had a room facing the road, but it was very quiet. The only downside was that there was no free street parking available.

The hotel is located directly on Lago Maggiore. Even though our room faced the street, it was very quiet. Breakfast was good and varied. The hotel itself was impressive. The sauna was a bit small. The indoor pool was lovely, and the outdoor area was well cared for. The staff were very friendly. Everything was fine.

The view is breathtaking, and the grounds and surroundings are very pleasant. The service is professional. The breakfasts are tasty. The atmosphere is nice. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend it. The building is old, and some equipment needs repair, but that’s not a problem. There was a flaw in the bathtub enclosure construction—water leaked onto the bathroom floor during a shower, even with the curtain used.
