The room was spotless and fully equipped, with a bed, pillows, and mattress that were all comfortable. I liked my room.

“We will not be back next year”

We stayed last year and we looked forward to returning this year. The location was perfect for the venue we attend every year. Our family stayed for two night. On night one our neighbor had people coming in and out at all hours. Our neighbors were extremely loud. We finally closed our eyes when the sun came up and had to attend a venue from 11am to 10pm. Our family were extremely exhausted and all we wanted was a good night sleep. Night two was the same as night one all over again. Our neighbors were loud and they had people coming and going all night. Someone even tried opening our door, shouting "let me in, just hook me up". I feel as though drugs were being dealt out of the neighboring room. Our room felt like there was no air conditioning. The room was provided a fan which was horrible. I called the office twice to complain and ask if we could get moved to another room but no one answered the phones. Our family slept a total of 4 hours the entire weekend. Needless to say, we will not be returning next year. We will choose another location to stay at

“Poor value for what they charged”

There was no coffee or tea available on site, even though a coffee machine was present. The door key didn’t work properly, so we had to ask the front desk to open it; the old lock needs upgrading. The bathroom fan was noisy and woke my partner when it was turned on at night. The toilet paper was on a movable stand next to the bathtub, so it could get sprayed wet during a shower. The shower head could only partially redirect water to the top; about 70 % still came out of the bottom, and the mechanism needed repair.
