Our stay was fantastic - everything was top-notch, from breakfast to the room. The staff were super helpful and friendly, even when there was a language barrier. We felt really welcome and I'd definitely come back. Huge thanks to the whole team, I hope to see you all again soon!

The front desk staff were really nice, but the breakfast wasn't my cup of tea. The selection was limited and the drinks weren't great. Still, the service was good, so that's something.

The air conditioning was a lifesaver, but to be honest, I didn't feel at ease in this hotel. The room had some weird stuff going on - there were police signs and warnings everywhere, and this display for buying condoms and other items that just felt off. Oh, and the Hello Kitty room I was initially given? No thanks, but luckily I was able to switch. To top it off, no one spoke a word of English, which made things tough.
