The accommodation is well‑located, just 5 minutes from the beach and close to a typical coastal town’s restaurant selection. The pool is outside the house complex, meaning you have to leave the property to swim; it belongs to another apartment block, though you can use it. That should be clarified. The house needs a lot of upkeep: the single‑bed rooms are uncomfortable and hard, windows don’t seal properly and let in too much sun in the morning. The bathroom is tiny and in poor condition, the terrace walls are damaged, the sofas are hard and old, and the kitchen is just acceptable. For the price, it feels expensive given the few comforts offered—vacationers expect comfortable facilities, not the opposite.
