“Gestori super gentili, camera comodissima, posizione top!!”

The building is an old‑time palace with an elevator. Our room was very large and taller than average, simple but nice, and the bathroom had everything needed. Check‑in at 12 was super convenient! The owners are very kind and helpful, and they even let us leave our luggage after check‑out. The location is exceptional, just 200 m from everything, and on weekends the hotel is inside the pedestrian zone. See you next time! The only downside is that, being super picky, the glass walls would help block out the noise, though it’s tolerable.

“Da evitare”

I didn’t sleep and had to change hotels because it was filthy, especially the bathroom full of hair everywhere. The dirt was the problem.

“Es war okay, aber viel zu teuer”

The location was good, but I wouldn’t want to wander around at night. The rooms were okay, but the equipment feels very old; you’d expect more for the price. It was extremely noisy all night and into the early morning, so we slept badly and were woken repeatedly. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work. The check‑in and check‑out times were different from what was listed on booking. We arrived at 12:30 to check in because booking said 12, but the room wasn’t ready and they said check‑in was from 14:00. Even when I showed the staff the booking details, there was no understanding. The hotel itself isn’t signposted, making it very hard to find. We were glad we only stayed one night.

Friendly staff, excellent room size, and the renovated private bathroom was reasonably sized. The access system and old elevator were okay. We stayed in a room facing the avenue, and at night it was very noisy, even on the 2nd floor.
