The hotel was very friendly and close to the city centre, where plenty of restaurants are nearby. The ladies at reception were very welcoming and even gave us tips about sightseeing. The room and bathroom were beautiful, spacious and modern. We were upgraded to a better category at no extra cost, even though we had only booked a standard room. The breakfast was served, but I found it a bit odd because the waiter was constantly rushing around to serve all guests quickly.

The front desk staff were enthusiastic and answered every question, eager to help. They arranged a taxi to the beach for us and called the bus station to check if our charter bus was running. They offered many helpful services and were very friendly. Breakfast started at 8 am, which felt a bit late for us, but the à la carte style was acceptable. The hotel is on the edge of the old town, a short walk away, which is fine. I would recommend it to friends. The only downside was occasional flies in the restaurant.
