There was nothing positive to note, and the area, cleanliness, sanitation—zero of it—was horrible.

There was absolutely nothing positive, while mold covered the entire air unit, water damage and mold damage appeared in the window, the room smelled like smoke, the floors were stained and dirty, making it the worst experience I have ever had.
