I had a terrible experience: I booked and paid six months in advance, receiving multiple confirmation emails. The day before arrival, I called the provided number and was told I had no reservation, that the villa had closed three years ago, and that it was full. When I arrived on the booking day, the property existed but they claimed my reservation was never received and that they were full. The manager kept insisting I contact booking and refused any responsibility or assistance. I had to leave and find another place after already paying in full. I would give -5 stars if possible and would not recommend this place.

“This is not accommodation it is a scam”
We were told a chair on the terrace was available for us to sit while we searched for another accommodation. The hotel staff were unaware of our reservation and demanded the reservation ID, then asked if we had requested breakfast, claiming we hadn't. We showed the confirmation that included breakfast. The room was terrible: infested with bugs, ants crawling on the walls and bed, dark brown stains on the blanket, a musty, moldy air conditioner that had never been cleaned, and a sofa covered in something that seemed like a cover‑up. After reporting the issue, the employee suggested we look at one of the remaining three rooms, all with the same problems. We told him we wouldn't stay, and he was unfazed, telling us to initiate a refund through booking. No message arrived, the host cited payment terms, then stopped responding entirely. Booking could not reach them, and a full refund could not be arranged. I do not recommend this accommodation; they simply collect money.
