The staff was excellent, place was excellent but booking .com was really bad never use them again!. Hampton inn was excellent, booking .com what a shifty way to run a business
The room lacked a microwave, a hair dryer, and the TV was hard to use. Paying over $200 a night for a Hampton Inn feels like a letdown; the older facility clearly needs an upgrade.

The staff was wonderful and the room overall was nice, but the bed was the worst we’ve ever slept in—my husband and I barely slept because it was so hard. The bathtub could use a remodel; the drain looked nasty and there were bubbles under the bottom that you could feel while showering.
Very clean and nice, and the breakfast was good too, but the cool area was unbearably cold and I could barely get in.
