“Temiz, güvenli, çalışanlar yardım sever”
The rooms were clean, the place felt safe, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast selection could have been a bit wider.

The location, cleanliness, beautiful décor, and helpful staff were all excellent.

George at the front desk was extremely helpful and his dinner suggestions were fantastic. The place was a bit noisy at night, with the elevator and other guests audible all the time.

The hotel was very chic, the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and there were nice little extras like Loukoumi on arrival and free water each day. The breakfast was high quality. The lobby featured a single, lonely canary in a small cage in a busy, bright, overstimulating corridor; the bird flapped frantically during the morning rush, showing signs of stress. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, for the animal’s wellbeing, at least get a second canary, a larger cage, and a calmer, more suitable space. Using a live animal as a chic “accessory” for the lobby is outdated and gross either way. The door to the room had little to no soundproofing, and the hallway could get loud; the hotel provided earplugs by the bed, and they were very necessary. The shower and bathroom were thoughtfully designed, even with Rituals-branded toiletries, but the shower lacked ventilation, resulting in a lot of black mold. The breakfast was good but awkwardly organized; cups and glasses ran out, and we had to search cupboards for what we needed. The fresh orange juice press was nice but clogged with pulp and took forever to dispense. Several used table sets required us to find a clean one. The staff were not to blame; the lady seemed overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up.
