“Miserable”

Our stay was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the lift situation. We waited approximately 45 minutes just to get downstairs. When we finally managed to get into a lift, it stopped at almost every floor and was extremely overcrowded. The ventilation inside was also very poor, to the point that we felt breathless and uncomfortable. Eventually, some of us had no choice but to walk down 13 floors using the stairs. We were travelling with senior citizens and young children, which made the situation even more distressing. Our parents were in pain from having to deal with the long wait and stairs, while the children became extremely overwhelmed. When we raised the issue with the reception, we were told that they were not part of the management and that many guests had already complained about the lift, but no action had been taken by management. This was particularly frustrating because it suggests that the problem was already known. On top of that, one of our rooms had a leaking air conditioner. For an accommodation that collected a RM1,000 deposit for our five rooms (RM200 per room) and imposed very strict housekeeping rules, we expected a much better standard of service, maintenance and guest comfort. Unfortunately, instead of enjoying the end of our trip, the entire family left feeling exhausted, uncomfortable and miserable. The lift situation was especially unacceptable considering we had elderly family members and children travelling with us. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this place

The price and room were nice, but parking was an issue – no free parking and it was a bit hard to find a spot.

The room was pretty, tidy, and clean – very satisfied. The price was reasonable. The room decoration was pretty.

The elevator was so packed that I had to wait a long time to go up or down.
