The host was perfect, super friendly, the hotel was very clean, the beds were perfect, and I slept like a rose :)

The staff were fantastic and the hotel is nicely placed, about a 15‑minute walk from the museums and the archaeological site, with the pool being a real bonus. The building itself feels old‑fashioned; cleanliness is acceptable but could be improved.

From the outside the hotel looked decent, but the fact that it’s marketed as a four‑star place felt like a joke—it was more like a concentration camp.

I’m truly sorry to say this, but the hotel’s location is enviable; however, my family and I never found rooms or corridors cleaner than here. The only redeeming feature is the pool, which still needs better upkeep. The mattresses were stained with blood, open, dirty, 50‑year‑old, vomit‑stained—how can a place stay open like that? That evening I searched for another place and left most of our luggage at the hotel. The next day, after staying at a downtown hotel in Olympia, I went back to complain, and only thanks to the understanding of the only friendly staff member, Mrs. Caterina, was I refunded via the booking platform. Outside the hotel we also met the owner, who, as if nothing had happened, walked into the property without apologizing or attempting to explain. I’ve attached photos so you can judge for yourself. Christian. The only thing I liked was the pool and Caterina’s kindness; everything else was nothing.
