“Posizione strategica. Molta tranquillità”
The location is unbeatable, a place of absolute calm where silence dominates—it's like staying with monks in a convent. The only downside is the parking.
The old convent itself is nice, but the spa is completely inadequate.
“Incantevole”
The place is enchanting, absolutely peaceful, and the staff is highly prepared and helpful; the reception ladies were wonderful. The outdoor area is beautiful, the pool fantastic, and breakfast is very good and generous. The rooms are the ancient convent cells, very atmospheric, so I’ll definitely return. The only complaint is that the stay ended too soon.
The building feels cozy and clean, far from noise and chaos, and the breakfast is good.
“San Pietro Sopra Le Acque”
The site, the pool area, and the overall tranquility are great, yet the staff, while friendly, seem ill‑equipped for a resort of this type. The breakfast has very few savory items and low quality, which is disappointing for a 4‑star property in central Umbria; after politely pointing it out, the staff replied that they give extra attention to “foreign” guests at weddings. The sweet section mainly offers frozen mignons, room‑temperature unlabelled milk in a carafe, and similar issues with juices, yogurt, butter, and salty dishes kept in a fake refrigerated cart or at least disconnected from power.
