We were pretty stoked about the location, and the front desk staff were super helpful, showing us where to park just a block away. But that's where the positives end - the breakfast was a total disaster, with some seriously subpar food and weirdly limited buffet options. And get this, no coffee and they ran out of watermelon! Woke up to a cockroach in my room and it was clear the hotel needs a serious deep clean and some new carpets. Oh, and the wifi was MIA.

Honestly, the reception staff seemed pretty unfriendly to me. We had a weird issue where they only charged us for one night, even though we'd booked two - no idea why. And then to make matters worse, we had to go out and buy a new room key every day because they apparently check you out daily. No explanation, just a whole lot of confusion.
