The place is very beautiful; during the day you don’t even need to turn on the lights because a lot of sun comes in. Nothing else.

Central and convenient location. No odd noises, and it’s on a side street when traffic isn’t heavy. Parking is easy and the supermarket is close for last‑minute forgettings.
